Acceptance of Terms By using our services or booking a tour with Roamcrafts, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the booking. 2. Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed via written communication (email, WhatsApp, or official form) and are subject to availability. A booking is considered “confirmed” only upon receipt of advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation from Roamcrafts. Final confirmation may require government-issued ID or passport details for regulatory compliance. 3. Payments Payment must be made as per the invoice shared and within the deadlines mentioned. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and payment gateways like Razorpay. Payment failure, partial payments, or chargebacks without prior discussion will lead to cancellation without refund. All prices are quoted in INR unless specified otherwise and are exclusive of additional taxes, if applicable. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy By Customer: Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as follows: 30 days before departure: 75% refund 20–29 days before departure: 50% refund Less than 20 days: No refund No-shows or early departures: No refund By Roamcrafts: In rare cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics),we may cancel or modify trips. A full or partial refund will be offered, or a credit note will be issued for future use, depending on supplier policies. 5. Travel Documents & Compliance Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proofs). Roamcrafts is not responsible for denial of entry due to invalid documentation. Bhutan entry permits are issued by the Bhutanese government, and delays or rejections are beyond our control. 6. Tour Itineraries & Changes Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, government orders, or local conditions. We will make every effort to offer equivalent alternatives if any part of the itinerary becomes unavailable. No compensation is provided for changes beyond our control. 7. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment Travel involves risks including personal injury, property damage, or delays. By booking with us, you accept these risks and agree not to hold Roamcrafts liable for any loss or injury, except in cases of proven negligence. We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, transport). 8. Client Conduct Clients must follow local laws and respect the customs of the destination. Roamcrafts reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is abusive, illegal, or endangers others. 9. Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or travel restrictions. 10. Privacy Policy Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information in line with Indian IT laws and international standards. 11. Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalpaiguri district, West Bengal. 12.
